- Level of Play (East Central rule)
- “U‐11 to U‐14 East Central Classic level players can play
up or laterally in the same age level (as defined by the league level
they play in) or up to, two age levels at any competition level.
U‐15 and older players can play laterally in the same age level
(as defined by the league level they play in) or play up to any level.
This allowance does not apply to state league (Boys and Girls Premier
and first divisions).
For example, player can move from a U‐15 National that
player can play on a U‐16 American or U‐16 National or
