Hi All,

We would like to meet on Sunday Sep 19^th around 5:30 PMat JRG Middle school (old HS), South field
Address: near 600 Thelosen Drive, Kimberly, WI 54136 - map

The tentative agenda is:

1. Welcome the new players/parents to the team…and the existing as well J

2. Take player’s pictures for the players passes

3. Talk about possible activities for the Winter/Spring/Summer

a. Indoor

b. Trainer (starting in March)

c. Tournaments

d. League (U15 vs. U16)

4. Fundraising opportunities

5. Fill out/collect liability forms (link to form)

a. New this year, please make copies of both sides of your insurance card and attach to this form

6. If you opted for the “buy-out” option for Chickenfest or if you are new to the team

a. Please bring a check for $75 payable to “KASA Explosion” in case you have not done so already

7. Revised roster

a. I’ve assigned everyone a jersey number based on size requested and numbers available

8. Communication – this is the best source for info

a. Please bookmark the KASA Explosion team page

Things to take care before the meeting:

1. Kimberly centennial parade on September 11^th – meeting behind Kimberly ShopKo around 11:45 AM, parade starts at 1 PM.

a. It would be cool to have as many players as possible participate on the Kimberly centennial parade, we could bring soccer balls and show what we can do with it individually and as a team

b. If you are not from Kimberly…who cares…just come to have fun J

c. If you plan on attending but don’t have your uniform yet, let me know.

2. Registration – link – I would like to finalize the team and get the player passes taken care of as soon as possible.

a. If the system asked you to send in your Birth Certificate, please do so

b. Payment

Payment and BC are required for the registrar to assign a player to the team, so please take care of this.

We would like to welcome all of you, returning and new players to the team.

Attached please find the roster for this year. Review your personal information and let us know if there are any changes.

Please take care of the player registration as soon as possible. You can register on-line on the KASA web site.

Also, we wish you the best playing HS soccer, football, volleyball, hockey, etc in the fall – Have fun!!!

We will setup a team meeting in the Fall, so we can talk about our plans for Winter and Spring/Summer.
