Team Registration - Fall/Spring

Team Registration Process
Signed official team roster and player passes

Step Responsible Action
1 Team manager Submit player roster (excel) to KASA Classic registrar
2 All players Register on line and pay (payment must be received before player can be assigned to team)
3 KASA registrar Create and approve the team, submit for initial approval by district registrar
4 District registrar Approve the team
5 KASA registrar Print player passes and notify team manager to pick them up at KASA Registrar’s home
6 All players Sign passes as they are printed on the card; labels are not allowed
7 Team manager Affix pictures (1x1) to player passes (Only required if pictures were not uploaded during registration)
8 Team manager Return player passes to registrar
9 KASA registrar Drop off  team roster and players passes to district registrar in lock box provided
10 District registrar Notify KASA Registrar when signed and stamped team roster and player passes are ready
11 KASA registrar Pickup player passes from District registrar’s lock box and notify team manager that they are ready for pickup, send electronic roster to team manager at this time as well
12 Team manager Pickup player passes and rosters from KASA registrar
